Renew Marriott Library Books


To renew books currently checked out to you, please fill out the form below. Read more about renewing library materials in Marriott Library Circulation Policies. 

 

DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO RENEW ITEMS BORROWED FROM THE RESERVE DESK. You must phone (581-6049), or take the item to Reserve.

(Remember that you may not renew periodicals, reserve materials, multimedia center (MMC) materials, items borrowed on an exit permit, items recalled by another borrower and some other types of library materials)

Enter the barcode number and the call number of each library item (NO RESERVE ITEMS) you want to renew as in the example below. Usually the barcode is inside the back cover of a book, and the call number is on the spine or front cover.

  • The due date of these books will be 2 months from today for University of Utah faculty, staff and students.
  • The due date will be 2 weeks from today for other Marriott Library borrowers.
  • Note: Journals can not be renewed.
